Allah informs that this Quran contains the verses of the Book that indicate everything the servants need from the fundamentals and branches of religion. That which was revealed to the Messenger from his Lord is the clear truth, as its news is truthful, and its commands and prohibitions are just, supported by conclusive evidence and arguments. Therefore, whoever turns to it and its knowledge will be among the people of knowledge of the truth, which necessitates that their knowledge leads them to act according to what Allah loves.
{ But most people do not believe } in this Quran, either out of ignorance and disregard for it and lack of interest, or out of stubbornness and wrongdoing. Therefore, most people do not benefit from it due to the absence of the reasons that necessitate benefiting from it.
